How the work gets made — breakdowns, process walkthroughs, and the occasional look over the shoulder while something gets built. No gatekeeping, no secret sauce. The sauce is taste.
Nobody has seniority in a medium this new. That's the fun of it — and it's exactly why the work should be shown, not hoarded.
Everything on this site was made by one person with traditional craft, generative tools, and a lot of iterations. Shop Class is where the process gets opened up: how a poster becomes a world, how a character stays the same face across forty shots, how eighteen years of edit-room instincts decide which of two hundred generations is the one. The tools will be different next month. The taste is the part that transfers.
Lessons land here as they get made — same as everything else at HUBRIS: occasionally, enthusiastically, and without asking permission.
